Missy Carr recently relocated to the Dayton area after spending 3-1/2 years living in Dubai with her husband and three daughters. Missy is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla with a degree in chemical engineering. She brings nine years of experience in the corn wet milling industry, including four years as a production engineer in a corn syrup refinery. Throughout her career Missy has built expertise in carbon filtration systems, enzymatic conversion, and microfiltration. She has extensive knowledge of process design, equipment specification, and the development of process documentation.
